It is hard to give a clear answer but so far all our orders are still getting delivered within the expected timeframe. Regarding the quick evolution of the pandemic and the daily measures that are currently being taken by many countries, we expect delays in our deliveries that might take up to 14 additional days depending on each country.
For each item you will find a size chart on the product page, under the tab "Size Chart", where you can check which size to choose depending on your height and weight.
Different items might have different sizes, so please double-check the size chart for each item you will order.
Our items are slightly smaller than the common sizes so don't be surprised if you need to take 1 or 2 sizes bigger than your usual size.

We currently don't have any physical store and you can only order our products through our website.
Our core team is based in France and we have warehouses in Europe, Asia and North America.
All transactions are encrypted with SSL protocol so that card details and all other sensitive data are fully protected.
We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. These two reputable companies are very secure and have high standards in place to protect your purchases.
We accept Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal payments, you can choose the payment method at checkout.
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal but the truth is you DO NOT need one.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated above that is supported by Paypal.
We currently only support the EUR currency for charging our customers.
If you shop from a country with a different currency, the price will be displayed either in your local currency or USD, but you will still be charged the equivalent amount in EUR and your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate.
We currently ship to Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and a few countries in South America.
We can ship outside of these areas but it will take slightly longer and cost slightly more.

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days to process it for delivery.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with your tracking number and the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
If you haven't received your tracking details after a week from your purchase date, please check your junk folder as it happens sometimes that our tracking emails end up there.

Sometimes, an order containing multiple items can be shipped separately so don't worry if you don't receive all your items at once. Please wait a few more days and you will receive everything.

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used, worn or washed in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days from the purchase date
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days from the delivery date
